SQUASH ACADEMY
The Isle of Wight Squash Academy was founded by Adam Dominey in 2001 to help improve squash players abilities and open up opportunities to play squash for schools and groups, introducing a whole new generation to the game. Over the years The Squash Academy has taught 100’s of juniors and adults, many of which have made it to a high county standard and a precious few have made it ALL THE WAY to an international level!
Whether you are a beginner or a veteran you can find a lesson that fits you perfectly making the sport both rewarding, challenging and enjoyable all at the same time! Look below to find a session that suits you best and then you can play, compete and enjoy your squash in a way best fit to your needs!

- Coached 15 players to become Hampshire County Champions.
- Coached 4 juniors to become England Number 1 and many others to reach the Top 50.
- Coached former World Number 126 Alex Phillips to become European Junior Champion.
- Coached Amelie Haworth to Junior European Number 1, Junior England Number 1, England National Junior Champion, and British Junior Champion in every age category.
- Represents England at Masters Level.
- Island Games Silver Medalist, 2011.
- Represented Chichester Squash Club in the National Finals, 2001.

HIDDEN DOUBLES Tournament – APRIL 2026
Brilliant squash was yet again the overall winner of the day! The Hidden Double format sorts the players into two groups of five, where each player plays everyone in their respective group. After four tough matches of 4 x 6-minute timed games, all the points are totalled. The hidden bit is that all names go into a draw and are paired at random. This gives the players a real push to fight for every point because in the end, a single point can separate the overall winners! Click below for the full gallery!

Our young Archie Henton was undoubtedly the MVP, and without whom the tournament may have been cancelled at the last minute. Archie stepped up to the plate in a league high above his own and really battled for every point and, against the odds, even took a game! Well done and thanks again Archie!
